This Retreat Is for You If…

You’ve retired — or are about to — and sense that something important is unfinished.

Perhaps life is comfortable… but quieter than expected.
Perhaps freedom arrived — yet direction didn’t.
Perhaps you feel called to a new beginning, but you’re unsure what form it should take.

This retreat offers time, structure, and guidance to help you step into the next chapter of your life with confidence, meaning, and renewed energy.

The Heart of the Retreat

A New Beginning is an immersive, reflective retreat based on my DARE Method®, the same proven framework I teach in my live online programme — expanded here with space, stillness, conversation, and nature.

Across four unhurried days, you will be gently guided to:

  •  Reconnect with who you are now — beyond job titles and roles
  • Clarify what truly matters in this next phase of life
  • Reframe retirement as an opening, not an ending
  • Design a future that feels purposeful, energising, and aligned

This is not therapy.
It is not a motivational seminar.
It is a thoughtful, structured reinvention experience in a place designed for reflection.

The Setting & Experience

Set within the grounds of Worth Abbey, this retreat unfolds in an environment intentionally designed for reflection, quiet, and depth.

St Bruno’s House offers:

  • Comfortable single and twin rooms
  • A library and quiet shared spaces
  • A warm dining room with all meals provided

Beyond the retreat house, the Abbey estate includes:

  • 450 acres of countryside in the High Weald
  • Ancient woodland paths and landscaped gardens
  • Views across farmland and toward the South Downs
  • Quiet paths ideal for walking and reflection

Between sessions, you are invited to slow down — to walk, reflect, journal, or simply sit in stillness. This environment does much of the work without asking anything of you.
